Johanna advises and supports leaders, teams and organisations on a wide range of challenges; helping them successfully grow and achieve. Her energy and inspiration is an echoing theme in her client feedback along with her unique ability to balance commercial acumen and humanistic values.
Johanna is the Founder of Fit for the Future and is a senior leader with over 20 years of international commercial experience in a career that has spanned, but is not limited to, HR and Retail.
She has held direct responsibility for budgets of up to £20m and HR accountability for over 800 people. She effortlessly transfers her skills, knowledge and experience from large organisations to individuals and teams with intuitive insight and perspective.
Johanna’s own personal development is important to her. Through her love of learning she has gained certificates in Coaching & Mentoring, Positive Psychology, Mental Toughness, MBTI and Workplace Mediation.
Outside of work, Johanna can be found weaving adventure and opportunity into her own life, often found working on a small holding in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. She is intrigued by the connection between her ewes and their lambs, which has deepened her reflection of new beginnings, opportunities, vulnerability and development.
