This privacy notice refers to how Fit for the Future Limited (also referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’) carefully collect and process your personal data. Fit for the Future Limited collects and processes your personal data which is given to us by you. This includes contact details such as your name, email address, address (plus any business details if you are making a corporate booking), and any contact telephone numbers. This information is gathered in various ways such as when you enquire about or purchase products and services, when you complete questionnaires or sign up to newsletters or when you provide us with feedback. Personal information may also be given to us via 3rd parties. If information is given to us by you, about another person, you are confirming that the other person is aware and are permitting you to act on their behalf. This can include (but is not limited to) consenting on their behalf to process and transfer their personal data.

Why we collect and process your data

We collect information about our users to identify them. We collect and process your data for three reasons – consent, contract and legal obligation. Only when we are working with you as a client do we store your information. We use this information to provide you with products or services, answer queries or to process invoices for products or services. Your information is used for internal reference only and will not be passed to 3rd parties.

We will hold your personal information for six months after the end of any coaching programme or consultancy contract or for the duration of a mediation process. If you would like to request that this information is removed sooner please contact us.

They allow us to collect information to improve your experience on our website. We provide a high level of security with appropriate measures in place to prevent any information from being lost or used in an unauthorised way. However, in the unlikely event that there is a breach of security at any of the stages of data processing a notification will be placed on our website, and you will be contacted via email wherever possible.
